Petit Peony x Casa Branca

In 2021, Petit Peony founder Kate Bowen was renovating her coastal New England home with interior designer and friend Louisa Smith of Grapevine Interiors. Kate was looking for an elevated, red nautical stripe for her living room overlooking Duxbury Bay. With a love of rich colors, lacquer-painted furniture and accents of rattan, Kate discovered Casa Branca. She was instantly inspired by the bold stripes and block-printed florals for both her home and the Spring Summer '24 designs of her Petit Peony clothing line.
 
Kate and her cousin, Petit Peony President & co-designer Halley Griggs, immediately fell in love with Casa Branca's designs. The duo recolored and altered the Casa Branca Rosa Rigata design to embody the brilliant colors and scale for a children’s clothing collection with the back drop of the Italian coast. (Of course, this inspired a Bowen family trip and collection photo shoot in Positano & Capri, Italy.) Think lemonades by the pool overlooking the sea and boat trips to Capri for lunch at La Fontelina.
